Golden Sands is a Black sea resort, located 18 km North from the city of Varna, famous for its lovely golden sand and vast beaches. It is the largest resort on the Northern Black sea coast, near the Golden Sands National park, rich with wooden hills, white golden beaches and clear blue sea.
The resort has an unique mild climate. Because of its natural beauty, Golden Sands resort has become famous international resort area. There are a lot of very famous and ancient mineral water springs, which have a flow of 150 m/sec and were known already to the Thraciains and the Roman Caesars.
The resort’s beach strip is 3,5 km long and up to 100 m wide. The average air temperature in summer is 27-30 degree and the water temperature is 25-28 degree.
