Complex Description

Stanny Court holiday complex includes two separate buildings, consisting of ground floor and five residential floors. The total number of properties is 32 – studios and two-bedroom apartments various in size from 35 to 64.71 sq.m. All properties have a lovely sea or pool panorama view.

 

The complex offers a swimming pool with children section. On the roof of the buildings open-air summer gardens with a panorama view are projected.

 

All units are fully completed and furnished, with individual air-conditioner. There are three furniture packages offered: for a studio – 3500 Euro, for a large studio – 4500 Euro, for an apartment – 5000 Euro. All types of furniture packages include: fully equipped kitchen, a table with four chairs, coffee table, sofa and arm-chairs, TV set and table, a big bed in the bedroom, wardrobe, lamps, air-conditioner, curtains.

 

Payment plan:

Deposit reservation fee of 1000 Euro.

30% - on preliminary contract signing

20% - one month after preliminary contract signing

20% - two months after the second payment

20% - three months after the third payment

10% - on title-deed receiving

 

The owners of properties in Stanny Court will pay annual maintenance fee of 5 Euro per m2. The fee includes the maintenance of swimming pool, common areas, green area, 24h security.
