All apartments are equipped with an air-conditioning system, floors are covered with laminated parquet, walls are latex-painted, PVC window frames plus glass-block. Bathrooms are fully equipped with faience tiles, boiler, sanitary utilities, accessories and lighting. Most of the residential units have a pool view and are offered completely furnished.

 

"Sunny Day 5" holiday complex will offer an open-air swimming pool and pool bar, children`s playground, a restaurant, shops, parking spots and lovely green area. The complex is planned to have its own 24h security.

 

The buildings are due for completion in October 2008 and from 2008 the developer will provide regular transport for owners and guests between the complex, the beach, the airport and to the other developments that will have been completed in and around Sunny Beach resort.
