Option A:
60% - within 20 /twenty/ calendar days from the date of payment of the reservation fee upon signing of preliminary agreement.

40% - upon signing of the title deed.

 

 

Option B:
70% - within 20 /twenty/ calendar days from the date of payment of the reservation fee upon signing of preliminary agreement.

30% - upon signing of the title deed
