Residential part of the St. Spas Balneological Centres I and II: The building will have six floors with a broken up under-roof space. The architectural style will combine the traditional Bulgarian mountain architecture with modern construction and design. High quality materials will be used to bring security, luxury and comfort. Buildings will have a reinforced concrete structure, they will be waterproof and thermally insulated, with PVC window and door casings and 6 hydraulic elevators. The residential part will offer apartments and studios for year-round accommodation, luxurious and fully completed on turn-key basis. All residencies will be supplied with mineral water, they will have central and local heating, as well as individual electricity and heat accounting.
Apartments will be spacious, with separate terraces facing South, East and West. They will consists of a bedroom, a living-room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a lavatory, a corridor and a terrace. Studios will have separate terraces. They will consist of a bedroom and a bathroom with a lavatory.
Bedrooms and living-rooms will have satellite and internet connection, a fire warning system and telephones. The flooring will be with laminate parquet, there will be solid MDF doors with natural veneer. The bathrooms will be equipped with sanitary faience tiles, a bath tub, a telephone, a water-heater and a separate air-vent. The flooring will be of terracotta. The corridors will have terracotta flooring and a built-in wardrobe, and the terraces will be stone-faced and wood-panelled.
Customers will have their choice of furniture and they will be given preferential offers by the best Bulgarian and foreign companies.
Entertainment facilities include a restaurant; summer garden restaurant with a barbecue; 2 conference halls; a lobby coffee-bar; panorama coffee-bar; swimming pool coffee-bar; a tennis court; a bowling hall; a park with alleys and children's playground; a house for traditional artistic crafts; a fish breeding pond.
Service facilities include a tourist agency; 24h security; a parking lot; 24h room service; shops; drug store; Internet club; safe; a beauty salon with cosmetic and hairdressing services; dry cleaning; organized transport with bus, mini-bus, rent-a-car, taxi.
Remedial and recovery centre will offer the following procedures: medical and dental surgeries; clinical laboratory and surgery; functional diagnostics room; a section for equipment-based physiotherapy, a gym for kinesitherapy, aerobics and yoga; massage rooms; rooms for phototherapy, acupuncture, psychotherapy, electrosleep and music therapy, work therapy and inhalation therapy; indoor swimming pool; outdoor swimming pool; water therapy section; thermal therapy section; sauna; steam bath; Turkish bath; fitness centre with a spinning studio; solarium; outdoor jacuzzi.
St. Spas I and St. Spas II are in the process of construction. They will be completed respectively in March 2008 and March 2009.
