Complex Description

Riverland leisure complex will be a part of the so called Low Borovets, one of the three areas of the largest and most expensive investment and development projects in Bulgarian history – Super Borovets.

Each of the buildings of Riverland ski & leisure resort consists of four separate floors and the last one, which serves the duplex apartments. In order to assure maximum comfort to all inhabitants there are two separate entrances with elevators on both ends of each building. On the ground floor there are ski wardrobes, service and storage rooms.

There are four types of apartments in the Riverland residences – studios, one and two bedroom apartments and two-storey apartments. All apartments generally consist of an entrance hall, a living room with a dinning area and a kitchenette, a bedroom (or two) and a bathroom (or two).
