Organization of travel and staying in Bulgaria
Once a client has made a selection of property offers he is interested in, we can assist the client in organization of travel and staying in Bulgaria. Client can choose a hotel for his staying in Bulgaria from a list of accommodation options at preferential prices, offered by Solvex Properties.

Buying a property in Bulgaria
Solvex Properties will assist you in the purchase of any property from the very beginning to the final signing of contract. According to the present Bulgarian legislation physical foreign citizens are allowed to buy any type of property, except land. If they want to buy land they need to register a legal Bulgarian company.
To buy a property in Bulgaria a physical foreign resident needs to have his passport with him, and the legal company needs to have the registration company documentation. Before completing the property deal a notary should provide a proof for lack of property obligations, as well a public valuation of the property, issued by the local tax office.
