Complex Description

Marina Cape complex is built on an area of 40 000 square meters and consists of four main buildings, named the Marina, the Cove, the Tower and the Lighthouse.

The Tower Commercial Center is on the north-eastern corner of the complex and includes shops and offices, medical/dental centre, bank office, Spa center, fitness center and two squash courts.
