Varna municipality is situated in North-Eastern Bulgaria at the northern Black Sea coast. The location on the Black Sea coast, as well as the abundant monuments of culture and natural resources make it one of the most widely known resort centers in Europe and the biggest one in the Black sea region.
The climate and the nature of Varna district create favorable conditions for development of industry, trade, tourism and communications in the region. The expansion of modern construction in the recent decades has marked the appearance of the modern resorts of Golden Sands, St. St. Konstantin and Elena. The renovated and upgraded resorts offer luxury ambiance for summer and year-round recreation - hotel complexes, restaurants, entertainment establishments, sports facilities, attractions and animation, etc.
The average air temperature in summer is 27°С, and the water temperature is 24-25°С. There are mineral water springs and spa centers in St. Konstantin and Elena resort.
The city of Varna is located in North-East Bulgaria. It is the third largest city after Sofia and Plovdiv and is called Bulgaria`s Sea Capital. The gem of the Bulgarian Black Sea is situated at the end of the big Varna Bay, with a convenient and well preserved water area. Nowadays Varna is the main port for both naval and commercial shipping, it has a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The city is clean and green. Of the green miracles at least three are a must: the Marine Gardens which are the largest in the Balkans; Euxinograd park, the former Royal Palace; the paradise of St.Constantine.
